WEEK 1: Building Awareness
The first week includes an educational segment on trauma, its effects on the nervous system, and a body scan meditation for self-awareness. This is followed by gentle yoga for grounding. The session concludes with teachings on nervous system regulation, alternate nostril breathing practice, a group discussion, and closing remarks.

WEEK 2: Exploring Emotions & Self-Care
The second-week shifts to understanding emotions in trauma, delving into fear, grief, anger, and their mind-body connections, accompanied by an interoceptive awareness exercise. This is complemented by yoga and mindfulness practices. Followed by psychoeducation on emotional safety and strategies for daily emotional safety.
