Discounted Sessions Available | Practising under professional supervision

Mia is a Therapy Assistant at Mindful Synergi, offering one-on-one sessions at a discounted rate, for individuals seeking real, meaningful support. Mia provides Mental Health services in a student capacity, under the supervision of qualified professionals.

With a Bachelor of Psychological Science, and ongoing training toward becoming a Registered Psychologist, Mia has developed a deep understanding of human behaviour, and evidence-based practices. But beyond this, she is passionate about getting to know you as a whole person. Mia focuses on building strong, trusting, therapeutic relationships, while creating a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and experiences, without judgment.

As a deeply compassionate person, Mia takes the time to understand your story and values, then draws from a range of therapeutic modalities to create an approach that’s uniquely tailored to your needs. Mia offers a perspective that many clients find relatable and refreshing. Her commitment to helping individuals is grounded in empathy, and curiosity, providing a humanised therapy experience. Her deep understanding of challenges faced throughout life, the emotional weight it can bring, and the inner battles that often go unnoticed, have shaped her path to understanding therapeutic skills and coping strategies.

Together, you will work towards exploring and understanding yourself, and how experiences may be influencing your present concerns, and patterns in your life.
